PRE-STAGE

9-Month Workout Calendar

At the heart of this massive striking mastery program is a series of workout calendars – each one is “clickable,” so all you have to do is click on your day and press Play. I’ll explain my time-saving system that I use to build my workouts around my existing day-to-day, and you’ll be able to easily insert workouts into days and times that work best for your busy life.

STAGE 1 

15 Beginner Workouts

In this stage, you’ll learn the fundamental strikes, movements & tactics that make up Muay Thai – or, the “Art of Eight Limbs.” You’ll also get clear about how these workouts can be seamlessly integrated to your existing schedule, no matter how packed it might be. The Muay Thai 101 workout will be how you kick off your Heavy Bag Blueprint journey. Each workout is about 30 minutes long.

 

STAGE 2 

15 Intermediate Workouts

In the intermediate phase, I’m going to be introducing new techniques, longer combinations & more detailed strategies for defense, footwork & more. You’ll know how to perform a minimum of 50+ Muay Thai techniques, and you’ll demonstrate many of them in Muay Thai 102 and in each 35-minute workout.

 

STAGE 3 

15 Advanced Workouts

Finally, you’ll reach the most advanced phase of the program wherein everything you’ve learned will come together as a single, offensive-defensive flow – like drops of rain finally coming together as a lake. I’ll be walking you through some very complicated maneuvers and combos, many of which you’ll remember from early workouts.
